1. Avocados
Avocados are one of the metabolic enhancing foods due to the presence of monounsaturated fats. By rule, Avocados are highly caloric food, about 100 gms of fresh fruit provides about 160 calories. But there is a catch to it. About two-thirds of the calories from avocados come from monounsaturated fats i.e., oleic acid.
